We met Courtenay and Ian from Vancouver on a farm short before Québec City.
They travel cross Canada and make a movie about local food goingslowmovie.com
We shared the road for the next 6 days and together we celabrate our first 3000km in a beautiful microbrewery.

Florent from France - he goes the opposite way, Halifax to Montreal!
From there he will continue south, maybe we will meet him again in the US.
We could stay in an old potatoe farm house.

Von Montreal ging es in drei Tagen nach Québec Stadt. Auf dem Weg treffen wir Ian und Courtenay. Die beiden sind aus Vancouver und seit zwei Monaten auf ihrem Weg quer durch Kanada. Mit dabei ist die Filmausrüstung, die beiden drehen einen Film über Regionales Essen. In Québec können wir bei Sylvain bleiben, der gerade seine Tour nach Ushuaia beendet hat. Die Stadt gefällt uns sehr gut mit ihrem französischem Charme und Altstadtkern.
Kurz nach Verlassen der Stadt treffen wir wieder auf Ian und Courtenay und fahren gemeinsam weiter. Die nächsten 6 Tage haben wir viel Spass zusammen und wir radeln durch wunderschöne Landschaften direkt am St. Laurents Fluss. Das Wetter spielt ab und an verrrückt. An unserem zweitenTag in der neuen Provinz New Brunswick werden wir von heftigem Regen überrascht. Trotzdem fahren wir an dem Tag 135km und landen abends bei der Kartoffelfarm von der lokalen Chips Fabrik!
Unsere Reisebegleiter müssen schneller weiter, der Flug von Neufundland zurück nach Vancouver rückt immer näher!
Wir sind nun in Moncton in einem Hostel (ein Bett! Juhu! und alles trocken!) und machen uns bald auf in die nächste und für uns letzte Provinz in Kanada - Nova Scotia
